When will I receive my order?

Deliveries

Shipping times are as follows:

  • In stock: 24 to 48 hours.
  • Products are shipped from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Delivery time is between 1 and 5 business days following shipment.
  • No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in each specific region. All product purchases from EVANGELIA NITTI are delivered using internationally recognized courier services.
What are the available payment methods?

Payment Methods and Security

We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

EVANGELIA NITTI will only accept payments made via:

  • Credit or debit card,
  • Electronic payment systems (POS)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), payment upon delivery where this service is available for orders over €50.00 for Greece only. and an additional charge of €3.00 will apply.
  • By bank transfer, subject to availability, as indicated on the payment page.
  • Via PayPal 

No other form of payment, other than those mentioned above, will be accepted. 

Orders within Greece & Cyprus με αξία κάτω των 45€ χρεώνονται 3€ μεταφορικά και παραγγελίες άνω των 50€ είναι με δωρεάν μεταφορικά (Standard Shipping).

Στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, εκτός Ελλάδος, επιβαρύνονται με 26€ ανά τεμάχιο με κανονική αποστολή, ΕΛΤΑ Ταχυδρομείο (Παράδοση 10 – 30 ημέρες).

Η Βόρεια και Νότια Αμερική χρεώνονται 26€ ανά τεμάχιο με κανονική αποστολή, ΕΛΤΑ Ταχυδρομείο (Παράδοση 10 – 30 ημέρες).

Η Ασία και Αυστραλία και οι υπόλοιπες χώρες  χρεώνονται 26€ ανά τεμάχιο με κανονική αποστολή ΕΛΤΑ Ταχυδρομείο (Παράδοση 10 – 30 ημέρες).

You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to EVANGELIA NITTI, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make this website secure. In order to ensure safe transactions, EVANGELIA NITTI uses a secure payment system. This means that all confidential data (e.g., credit card number and expiration date) are encrypted and transmitted directly, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to a secure server.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, insofar as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.

EVANGELIA NITTI shall not accept any liability for delays in the delivery of goods resulting from a lack of authorization from the bank.

Multiple orders will be dispatched once all products are available. No partial shipments will be made.

EVANGELIA NITTI reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons. Affected customers will be notified. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to verify the shipping and/or billing information, but we will notify you if this occurs. We further reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel an order if we believe that the buyer is acquiring the products for resale.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied upon receipt of your order, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange the item(s). In order to return or exchange an order, you must ensure that it meets the following criteria:

  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product must be returned in the condition it was sent, in the original packaging, if possible. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced with packaging of similar size and capacity.
  • The product must be delivered to our offices (see address below) within 14 days of receipt of your order.

When returning or exchanging products, the items should preferably be packaged in their original box and sent via the courier service that we will indicate to you. to the address indicated below (as well as during the return process).

Returns

Για να ζητήσετε την επιστνεται από τον τιμοκατάλογο της DHL Express.  Τα άμεσα έξοδα για την επιστροφή του προϊόντος (των προϊόντων) θα καταβάλλονται από εσάς, εκτός από την περίπτωση κατασκευαστικού ελαττώματος ή ζητήματος ποιότητας,ροφή ενός προϊόντος, παρακαλείστε να ακολουθήσετε τα κάτωθι βήματα:

Once we receive the product(s) and verify that they comply with the requirements detailed above, EVANGELIA NITTI will refund the price you paid for the product(s). EVANGELIA NITTI reserves the right to retain the initial delivery costs: 5.00 Euros for Greece. For all other countries, the ELTA (Hellenic Post) costs will apply as determined by the ELTA price list. The direct costs of returning the product(s) will be paid by you, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or quality issue. To return a product, please follow the steps below:

If the product is returned as a result of a manufacturing defect or quality issue for which EVANGELIA NITTI is responsible, we will refund the total amount paid within 20 working days. The refund will be processed automatically to the credit card or the account indicated by the customer, depending on the payment method used by the customer.

Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

International Orders

Returns from countries outside of Greece are returned at the sender's (Buyer's) expense.

For Cyprus, returns are also at the sender's expense.

EVANGELIA NITTI reserves the right to retain the initial delivery costs.

Exchanges

In order to request an exchange for a different size or model, please follow the steps below:

In case of exchanges, the buyer is responsible for all delivery and collection costs. Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Once we receive the product(s), we will send you the new size or model(s), using the same service as for the initial purchase.

EVANGELIA NITTI reserves the right to retain the initial delivery costs: 5.00€ for Greece. For all other countries, the DHL Express cost will apply as determined by the DHL Express price list at the time of the order.

Shipments to the United States (USA) – Duties, Taxes, Customs Charges and Delivery Time

For orders destined for the United States, our shipments are made on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, where this is expressly stated at checkout and/or in the order confirmation.

Under this framework, the estimated import duties, taxes, customs charges, customs clearance costs, and any other related charges are calculated by us at the time of purchase and prepaid by the customer together with the order, to the extent that this is technically and legally feasible. These amounts are collected by us for the purpose of being remitted through the carrier, customs broker, and/or the relevant customs clearance process.

The purpose of the DDP service is to ensure that the customer is not faced with unexpected import charges upon delivery. However, although we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the relevant charges displayed at checkout are accurate, customs authorities, the carrier, and/or the customs broker may reassess the customs value, tariff classification, country of origin, recipient details, or other shipment data.

In such exceptional cases, additional charges, delays, or requests for supplementary information may arise, for which we shall not be liable where they result from the decision or requirement of a competent authority, carrier, or third-party provider.

The customer is required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful billing, shipping, and identification details, as well as any information required for international transport and customs clearance.

In the event of incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information, we reserve the right to suspend shipment, request additional documentation, or cancel the order, and any additional charges, including but not limited to duties, taxes, storage costs, return costs, administrative fees, or other customs and shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information, shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

Orders to the United States are shipped via DHL or another cooperating international carrier, at our sole discretion, depending on service availability, operational requirements, and customs clearance needs.

Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee. For DHL eCommerce or other more economical international services, delivery times are usually longer and may indicatively range from 3 to 10 working days or more, depending on the service, the destination, and the customs clearance process.

Delays due to customs inspections, information verification requests, increased workload, weather conditions, carrier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not establish any liability for compensation on our part.

If the customer refuses delivery, fails to respond promptly to a request from a carrier or competent authority, fails to provide the required information for customs clearance, or if the shipment cannot be imported due to the customer's actions or omissions, we reserve the right to withhold from any refund all actual costs incurred. These include, but are not limited to, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, customs clearance fees, storage fees, and any other related expenses.

Furthermore, we bear no responsibility for any delay, rejection, seizure, return, or destruction of a shipment due to local import restrictions, regulatory requirements, customs inspections, or other legal or administrative procedures in the destination country.

By completing the order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms regarding international shipments to the United States.

DHL eCommerce / parcel services: typically 3–10 working days for certain international services, while other more economical services may take up to approximately 8–14 working days or more, depending on destination and customs clearance.
